Services

From research to real work, from work to tools

Automation that doesn't stop at a demo. Four ways Codium Lab can collaborate with you.

Consulting

AI Automation Consulting

Workflow diagnosis → automation design → production handoff

We analyze the texture of repetitive work to find exactly where LLMs, RPA, and scripts fit best. We design automation that reaches production, not just proof-of-concept.

Engineering

Custom LLM Tool Development

A dedicated assistant tailored to your organization's data

We design search, summarization, and generation tools based on your internal docs, manuals, and customer data, then deploy them in compliance with your security policies.

Education

AI Literacy Training

Practical training programs for teams and individuals

Through the Adium brand, we deliver immediately applicable AI education — from executive workshops to hands-on practitioner sessions.

Studio

Digital Goods Collaboration

AI design brought into everyday objects

The Badium brand transforms AI design into goods and content. Brand and campaign-scale collaboration available.

Process

From discovery to handoff, four clear stages

Divided into short, clear stages so it's always visible what gets decided when.

  1. 01step 1

    Discover

We start with on-site interviews and data flow observation. This is the stage where we redefine the problem.

  2. 02step 2

    Design

We place users, models, data, and operational cost on one canvas and sketch the simplest solution.

  3. 03step 3

    Build

Production-ready code, not prototypes. Monitoring and rollback scenarios are built in from the start.

  4. 04step 4

    Transfer

We hand over documentation, training, and management tools so the organization can operate independently. No dependencies left behind.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

For questions not listed here, use the contact form below. We reply within 1–2 business days.

Ask directly
What size companies do you collaborate with?
From startups to mid-sized enterprises. That said, 'Is the problem well-defined?' and 'Can decision-makers be involved?' are more important variables for successful collaboration.
Is remote collaboration possible?
Remote collaboration is our default. On-site workshops or interviews at our Gwangmyeong office are conducted offline only when necessary.
Should we start with education or consulting?
If AI adoption is low in your organization, we recommend starting with Adium's literacy training. If you have a clear workflow to automate, consulting first. We'll decide together in a free diagnostic meeting.
Can you work in environments with strict security policies?
Yes. We configure for closed internal networks, on-premise LLMs, and VPC isolation. We create a security review checklist together before collaboration begins.
Can we do a short PoC only?
Absolutely. We typically propose a 2–4 week discovery + PoC package first. At this stage, we jointly judge whether this automation is truly needed.
